Juanita House, RN,BN,OHNc,COHN,LNC
Juanita is president and founder of Eisan Consulting.
She is a Senior Consultant in Occupational Health and Disability. As an adjunct to her practice Juanita is a Legal Nurse Consultant providing expert opinion and case reviews for lawyers and employers in OH and DM practice.
In 2014 she received the Ruptash-Mandryk Nurse of the Year Award for Occupational Health Nursing (OHN); awarded to OHN’s who demonstrate extraordinary involvement and achievement in OHN practice, education, research & leadership. As well outstanding volunteer endeavors’ which reflects commitment and leadership to Occupational Health.
She says she is privileged to work with a dedicated team of Occupational Health Professionals whose passion for the preservation of employee health and wellness is reflected in the expert services provided to clients.
Juanita is a member of the Mi’kmaq First Nations Band Qalipu (pronounced hal-lay-boo) which means ‘caribou’. The word Mi’kmaq comes from a word from the Mi’kmaq language, nikmaq, meaning ‘my kin-friends’ or ‘allies.’ Her passion for fly fishing and the outdoors keeps her focused and grounded.

Graduated in Scotland ( University of Dundee ) . After completing a year of interning entered the Royal Military Academy (Sandhurst) for Officer training. Following this Mike spent 9 years in the UK Airborne Forces. 2 years of general duties as a medical officer and then specialty training in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care. Emigrated to Canada in 1989 and completed his LMCC while working in FP and Anaesthesia.Then began Occ Health training at the USF. Currently working in Occ Health with a specialized interest in Aviation Medicine as well as working in Acute Care at the Foothills Medical Centre and as a Clinical Lecturer in the Dept of Family Medicine at the U of C . Recreational interests are skiing XC and Downhill and distance running.
Dr. Ken Fryatt, MD, FRCPC, MRO, B.Comm
I have been practicing in the area of Occupational Medicine for over 15 years. I provide consulting services to the Oil and Gas Industry, Aviation, WCB, and the Insurance Industry. I am certified Medical Review Officer (DOT)reviewing drug and alcohol results. I currently consult with Eisan as a medical review officer and OH Physician. Outside of work I enjoy the great outdoors, whether it is walking the dogs with my wife, or skiing with my son.
